increase image sizes in post content
-
Hi,
I have a Oxygen theme at WordPress.com.
I’ve just hided with CSS a sidebar once a post is opened, so the content’s place is now increased. I have also enrlarged post text, but I can’t enlarge too the images, as you can see in a post here:
http://iconadeironchi.com/2014/01/09/win-a-stage-with-vittorio-orlandi/I have selected the original sizes at the moment of the attaching in the post, and the images are in high definition, but they still look little as the default view where I had the second sidebar that I’ve removed.
Someone can help me?
I’ve also try this CSS code:
#content img {
height: auto;
margin: 0;
width: 100%;
}but it also enlarge emoticons in the text of the post (as they are images) and the profile picture of people who have commented at that post
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To fix this, you should set the content width setting in the Appearance > Customize > CSS panel to match the new width for your content area. That looks to be about 705px at http://iconadeironchi.com/2014/01/09/win-a-stage-with-vittorio-orlandi/ right now, so that’s the number I would recommend for the content width setting.

If some of the images still aren’t showing up big enough after that, try removing and re-adding them. Note that the original uploaded image must be at least as large as the content width. The images won’t be stretched to fill the space if they aren’t big enough to start with.
