Increase number of items in comments RSS feed

  The blog for which I write has an RSS feed for comments. This feed contains the most recent 10 comments.

  Is it possible to increase the number of comments in this feed? Specifically, is there a way to reliably generate a feed with all the comments for any particular post, regardless of number?
