  I used your AUTOMATTIC service to set up my Google workspace plan, and now I need to increase my storage. Can you please advise how I can go this?

  My current website is not through WordPress, but my Google Workspace reseller is AUTOMATTIC

  Hi there!

  To increase the storage on your Google Workspace plan, you’ll need to transfer the subscription to Google so that you can directly purchase more storage from Google or change your subscription plan if needed. You can cancel the Google Workspace subscription on our end. Here’s how to cancel a subscription on WordPress.com.

  After you’ve canceled, your Google Workspace subscription will be automatically transferred to Google. Google will send you an email asking you to set up billing directly with them, and you can manage your plan and billing directly on your Google Workspace admin console. Your Google Workspace services (like email) will continue to work while you go through this process.

  One thing to keep in mind is that Google will not honor the remaining validity of your subscription if you cancel the plan on our end to transfer the billing over to them. So, it may be beneficial for you to do this closer to the expiry date of the Google Workspace subscription.
