Increase the amount of data transferred

Good morning. I have a question for you. Do you have the ability to increase the amount of data transferred to the server? I have been using WordPress lately. I have only set max. 10 MB. This is very little. I started building my next website, but unfortunately this limit is so small that I can’t even upload an interesting moving background that has 14 MB. :(
I am using the ‘epizy.com’ server (https://infinityfree.net/) which has properties like:
    – Unlimited Sub-Domains
    – Unlimited Add-on Domains
    – Unlimited Parked Domains
    – Unlimited MySQL Databases
    – Unlimited Disk Quota
    – Unlimited Disk Free
    – Unlimited Bandwidth
    – Unlimited Bandwidth remaining
    That speaks for himself.

I tried to edit the ‘php.ini’ file using the PHP Settings plugin (after entering the appropriate command and saving it to 10MB with ‘upload_max_filesize’). I created a new ‘php.ini’ file with the correct data and I loaded with the total commander. I edited the ‘functions’ file in the theme by typing the appropriate command. I also typed the appropriate command in the ‘htaccess’ file. I also tried to increase the limit of the ‘Max File Size’ plugin. I also uploaded a file larger than 10MB per server with total commander, but the file was not loaded. Although after entering the media tab I have displayed ‘Maximum size of uploaded files: 286 MB’ (I changed the Max File Size plugin, when I loaded a file bigger than 10MB in the ‘Library’ -> ‘Add new’ -> ‘Send to server’ throws me a message: ‘The size of the uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive defined in the php.ini file’.
There is probably no root access to php.ini and I don’t know how to edit it. Total commander does not see the file ‘php.ini’ (probably hidden).

Can you help me to solve this problem? I beg you. :(

    Sincerely,
    Mariusz Dudziak

    Hi @smutneserce,
It looks like you are using WordPress.ORG for your website. So i am sorry… but you have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not WordPress.ORG.

Both are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

To get help in resolving your issue, post your question on the WordPress.ORG support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/

    Thanks.
