Increase wordcount on Skylark theme post slider

  Hello, I’m trying to increase the wordcount on the Skylark theme post slider, but can’t find any info/workarounds in standard and customized theme forums….

  Any suggestions welcome.

  Howdy! You haven’t included a blog address, so I’m unsure if you’re using Skylark on a WordPress.com blog or a self-hosted WordPress blog.

  On WordPress.com, Skylark uses the post excerpt in the Featured Content slider, so if you fill out an excerpt for each of your featured posts, you should be able to use as many characters as you’d like.

  The behavior for self-hosted WordPress blogs may be different, however.
