Increasing amount of WP problems

We’ve been using WordPress behind the scenes for our web site for a few weeks and starting this afternoon, there are more and more problems with the wp-admin. It started with being unable to upload new media because the multi-file uploader isn’t working and any of the other links on the page don’t work either. When trying to add a picture within a posting, same thing. Now there is also a problem with the ‘quick edit’ button (no response), the content of a post doesn’t show up in Visual mode and clicking HTML gives no response, the Calendar and Related Posts plugins don’t work (this has been the case since yesterday) and when trying to add a new post all the features such as ‘status’ and ‘visibility’ don’t work. All in all, at the moment, there are very few things that do work.
I already cleared my whole browser cache and history, tried another browser, logged out and back in again several times, but it seems to become only worse with everything I try.
