Increasing the width of the menu bar

  Hi there

  I’d like to increase the width of the menu bar on this blog: http://firstworldwarthackray.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php
  Specifically, the line above and the line below the menu items to bring them into line with the poppy image and content below. Does anyone please know how to do this?
