indenting

  my text has an indentation on each paragraph except the first, and I want all text left justified…..I have tried the indent arrow left but it does not correct the issue

  If you are copying and pasting from a word processor such as Microsoft WORD but failing to do that in the correct manner (see below) therefore the mess you see now may not have been immediately apparent but will be cumulative and will manifest over time.
