  indenting paragraphs is not showing showing

  Blog themes styling does not call for indented paragraphs. You could purchase an annually renewable CSS upgrade to add that change in appearance http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-css/

  Or you can use paragraph by paragraph styling to make indents on each and every paragraph in each and every post and page you publish http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/06/19/formatting-text-pt-2/
