  It is impossible to index the page on YANDEX because of the ‘robots.txt’ file Edit I can not because it is not available plug-ins. What to do?

  For a website hosted on WordPress.com, the robots.txt file is updated when you change your privacy settings: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  It looks like the site linked from your username has the privacy set to discourage search engines. Change it to “allow search engines to index this site” and your site will eventually be revisited by Yandex and the index.
