  Hello WordPress. Im not sure if it is because of the automatic update but I can not login to my dashboard or view my site. the index of url is what loads when my url is searched. Please help me understand what is wrong. Thank you

  Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:
