  You can’t. For that you need a wordpress.ORG software http://wordpress.org install on paid hosting.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, run different version of themes with the same name, have different support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
