Indexing or Format of my Admin page

  Hi, I was making some change and all of a sudden I lost the formatting on my wp admin page.. I dont have any background now and the admin page looks like this:

  Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
