Indexing Pages Issue

Does anyone have the issue with indexing pages where in Google Search Console pages are discovered and have passed validation, but however have not been indexed?

Half of my pages are in this stage and I don’t know why they have not been indexed, whereas my other pages have. Some pages I’ve created a brand new and were indexed immediately whereas others have not.

In Search Console there is no explanation, and the process is in the queue.

Is it a simple case of waiting? I just don’t understand why it is taking so long, but for my other pages it takes a few days or its instant.

With the pages I’m waiting to have indexed, validation was passed 20/9/22. Over a month. Does it normally take this long?

Is there anything I can do?

    Hello there,

In some cases, it may take days, weeks, or even months for content to appear in search results. It is beyond anyone’s control.

There is no doubt that it is a slow process, so you have to be patient.

Hi, I’m having similar issues and an internet search suggests this is not uncommon.
One thing I have found useful is using url check in search console. It will tell you if a page is indexed and is more up to date than the pages graph. If the page isn’t indexed, try a live page check. This will confirm whether or not the page can be indexed. If it can, you can manually request indexing. This won’t work immediately – give it a day or so before you check the url. If it doesn’t work first time, try again.
Actually, site:……. search suggests you only have one of your six posts not indexed so it could just be a case of wait patiently.
