Hey I got a little too fancy and messed around with my index.php files on my site. I tried messing around with them and fix them but now I’m completely lost. Can anyone help me?

If you messed with your index.php then you are not hosted here and need to take the friendly suppportbot’s advice and make friends over at WordPress.ORG.

NEVER work on a theme or wordpress file without making a copy of it first so that you can restore the original if necessary.

Good Point @TSP
Never work on ANYTHING without a backup – especially software – I make tons of backups of even simple files – a bit of advice however – do a better job of cleaning and organizing the hard drive than I do.

@madcow, it is best not to add questions to unrelated threads as it tends to confuse things for those that might come to the thread at a later time. It is better to start a new thread on the unrelated topic.
If you want to shorten your posts on the main page and have a “read more” link people can click on, you can use the read more tag.
