Individual support?

  Earlier, WP offered individual support – you could email them and in a day or two, you’d get a response. Now I understand that’s been discontinued for free accounts.

  Is this still being provided to paid accounts, and if so, at what level of paid account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  yes, all accounts who have any paid upgrade get staff support.

  The forums here offer free support provided by volunteers for everyone else.
