  no, its on the bottom only on the first page of the current projects, but then when you go through older pages, it is on the top as well!!

  Ah, ok. Add the important attribute like this:

  #nav-above {
  display: none !important;
  }

  On the first category page, for whatever reason they have it hidden in the existing CSS, but then on subsequent category pages the display none is overridden by other stuff.
