Hi,
Your site appears to be a self-hosted WordPress site. If you’re not sure what the difference is, please see the following article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
My guess is that there’s an issue with your theme. Please visit the WordPress.org Forums for assistance. I’m sure you’ll find some answers there.

It’s self hosted but the infinite scroll worked fine over WordPress. Com.
This theme supports infinite scroll.. But it’s not working over here

Ok, I understand. Unfortunately, in this forum, support is only available for WordPress.com sites. Your issue is with a self-hosted site so you will need to visit the visit the WordPress.org Forums for help.
Best regards

The theme come from WordPress anyway.. I hope..
May b they could help me… It’s not a theme from any other providers.

After viewing your page source, it appears that you are using the Twenty Fourteen theme By WordPress.org.
I am certain you will find a solution to your problem in their forums. All the best!

Hi there,
You don’t have infinite scroll active on your site. Infinite scroll causes older posts to load automatically once you reach the bottom of the front page while your site, tech2plus.net, requires a Next button to be clicked instead.
I don’t see any “Older Posts” button on your site. Are you perhaps speaking of another site?

Hello,
I just disabled the infinite scroll as it was not working.. I will enable it again please check the problem again..
Site URL is same : tech2plus.net

Ah, okay. Infinite scroll is not native to the WordPress software, so I thought perhaps you’re speaking of a WordPress.com site as it’s actually a WordPress.com feature.
In your site’s case, that feature is added by the Jetpack plugin, so it could be that another plugin on your site is causing a conflict. I’d start by disabling all plugins besides Jetpack and see if that fixes things. If it does, reactivate your plugins one at a time until it breaks. That will tell you which plugin is causing the conflict.
But it could also be custom code you added to your site, a shortcode, a theme, or code that’s imported from elsewhere like with the ads you’re displaying. Your site shows several JavaScript errors in the browser console which might be related, but I don’t know the self-hosted WordPress software well enough to tell for sure.
The users in the self-hosted forums should have more experience with this, so I recommend trying there, as thabotswana2013 also indicated. You can also try the Jetpack subforum here if the steps I suggested above does not help:
