Infinity scroll not working

  This infinity scroll stuff doesn’t seem to work on my blog – could someone take a look at it and see what’s happening? My Albeo theme is supposed to support this infinity scroll but no sign of older posts being reloaded as I browse to the bottom of the page.

  I notice that the example blog on the page that describes this infinity scroll stuff (https://matt.wordpress.com/) doesn’t show any reloading scrolling behaviour either. Maybe it’s a browser issue – I have FireFox locked down pretty tight against malware so I’m not going to change that. Neither will other readers.

  Further testing:

  IE seems to load the blog and reload posts when scrolling as advertised. I guess that implies the problem lies with the browser.

  With Firefox, I cleared the cache, history and so on, reloaded the blog page. Four posts were displayed, when I scrolled down another four or so were added, but on subsequent scrolling no more were added. So I had only eight posts displayed in total. Now scripts are allowed here in FF (version is 11) so what could be happening?

  I see that as I don’t have any paid upgrades I’m not allowed to raise a problem/trouble ticket, but is there any real support on here? Some suggestions on how to proceed would be useful, and I wonder if other FF users have had similar problems?

  I’ve already wasted some time on this, but my next step will be to disable the infinity scroll – a pity as the effect is quite nice.

  The annoying thing is that we had no notice of this change, wouldn’t it have been easy to email all the blogs with some warnings?

  After some work I found that the Firefox addon DoNotTrack Plus is causing this problem; disabling it makes scrolling work as advertised. Once I had established this a search on that addon name produced this: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/do-not-track-extension-in-firefox-causes-infinite-scroll-to-fail-loading?replies=4
  so I’m not the first to have found this problem!

  And after four months it still seems a problem so WP haven’t been able to crack it.
