Info Bar on bottom of webpage

  On many sites, there are those horizontal bars on the bottom of the webpage screen that follow you as you scroll.

  Can WP do this to the blogs?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t know what you mean. Please post an link to an example so we Volunteers can provide an answer. Do know that all blogs here are on the same multiuser blogging platform. Every blog wearing the same theme uses the same template. We users cannot edit themes or templates; only Staff can as every edit they make affects all blogs wearing the same theme. So if you don’t see this on another free hosted WordPress.COM blog then the answer will be “no”.
