  To whom it may concern

  We would like to buy a 5 years upgrade for our website but we cannot pay by credit card as we are an Italian Public Entity. Is it possible to finalise the purchase by bank transfer?

  We are unable to take payments via bank transfers, just the options listed here:

  Payment Methods on WordPress.com

  Our plans are only available for one or two years at the checkout; there isn’t a five year option.
