Info reg WordPress plans and custom domain

  Hi,

  I am planning to upgrade to WordPress Premium plan. Does it mean that my website url would be traveltalesofafernweh . com or will the url still contain wordpress? Please confirm.

  How is Premium WordPress plan different from owning a custom domain?

  Hi Fernweh,

  The Premium plan gives you the ability to register a custom domain for free for the first year. Your .wordpress.com address will be hidden and all traffic will be automatically redirected to your new custom domain.

  Please let me know what happens to the blog content if I decide to discontinue the plan sometime later.

  Also, can you share information regarding cancellation of the subscription.
