I’ve found some information about domains, but not really an answer to my question.
I’ve created a blog xxxxxx.wordpress.com
Now I want to turn it into xxxxxxx.com
do I have an option to take your offer that I’ve rejected while registering of .com for $18 ?
or do I go to buy a domain, and do what?
is that all I need?
Do I need a server? or your system is enough?
provided that it’s gonna be text, few photos, ad links to youtube

In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you can log in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
