  I want to purchase jetpack premium but I want to confirm wheather I can use this jetpack email with multiple sites.

  Jetpack plans are per-site plans. Each of your sites will need its own plan. Please let me know if you have additional questions!

  @mlbnkm1 is correct. However, you can use the same WordPress.com account to connect and purchase plans for as many sites as you like.
