Information regarding the wp.com Premium plan

  Hello!
  I am new to WordPress and I have a few questions about the premium plan. First of all, is this plan only for a single site that I make or applies to my user in that case which means I can use its features on all of my sites? Also, when I take this plan do I have to buy a domain or I can get one as long as I keep renewing it or take a higher plan? Another question that I had was that are plug-ins allowed in the premium plan?

  A custom domain is included free for the first year with an upgraded plan. After the first year you need to pay for plan and also renewal of the domain. It’s one site per plan and you can’t add your own plugins unless you have a Business plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
