  Hello !

  Since three days, I bought “Unlimited Theme Premium” (99€) but it doesn’t appropriate me. I respect your condition and I want to buy Opti Theme (design). I already sent a mail the same day and you didn’t answer me.

  For the HTML code, Is it necessary to buy an other widget ? If yes, what’s the widget’s name ? If no, how to add the HTML code ?

  The $99. per year Premium bundle does not include any premium themes. The unlimited premium themes is in the $299. per year Business bundle.

  There is no blogger access to underlying PHP or HTML files here at WordPress.COM at all and no upgrade changes that. For that access you need to hire a webhost http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.ORG software install. For clarity read http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
