  Hello, I’m using the free version of wordpress, however, have received a messege for payment like filling the card or something, would like to know if the free version I can use forever or at some point there is need to pay? Why have I received this messege?

  Hi there,

  What message exactly did you receive? Can you quote the subject line and body of the email here, and tell us the FROM address it came from?

  Your account has never bought any upgrades from us, so there’s no reason at all we’d send you any emails asking for payment.

  Yes, I didn’t bought any upgrade, it might be that I misunderstood the message, I’ll try to find it.
  In any case, I can be sure that I’m using the free account right?
