Infringement Issue / Need to escalate response time
-
Hello. A popular article copyrighted by our non-profit was plagiarized and published on a WordPress blog. We opened a case with your Copyright Agent yesterday (Feb 21) and are looking forward to a quick response.
My question: How can we escalate a review of our infringement complaint? We look forward to a prompt response, as the plagiarized article is now being circulated around the Internet and our non-profit’s mission stands to be harmed as a result. Thank you.

How can we escalate a review of our infringement complaint?
If you undertook the DMCA process as described at
https://en.support.wordpress.com/copyright-and-the-dmca/

be aware that the Terms of Service Staff have a backlog. There is no means of escalating the process.Read: Countering a DMCA Notice
3. After a period of ten business days, if the content owner does not object to your counter notice by taking legal action, we will restore access to the previously removed material on your site. You must not republish the material during this ten business day period. https://en.support.wordpress.com/counter-notice/

Hi there,
Copyright complaints are answered in the order they are received, but they are prioritised by our team as it’s a legal issue. Please be patient while waiting for a reply from our Terms of Service team. We cannot assist with this in the forums.
Someone should reply to you later today.
