  I’ve installed the Infusionsoft plugin into my WordPress site and need some help setting it up. I’ve created some opt-in forms that pop up on a few pages but I can’t seem to figure out how to assign an action to it. For example, when a form is filled out I’d like to assign a tag to that contact, send a notification email, add the client to a drip.

  Hi –

  It sounds like you are using the WordPress installation rather than WordPress.com. I’m making that judgement on the fact that there is not a business plan on this account which is required for uploading plugins to your WordPress.com site.

  There are 2 versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is different from using the WordPress installation. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
