Initial Activation-Email Issues?

  I was able to make the first touches to my blog, but cannot make an actual first post because I cannot receive my activation email. It’s not in my spam folder, I have no filters on and I cannot figure out what the problem is, but I see quite a few others have the same issue. Anybody figured this out yet?
