  Of what site are you speaking?

  We can empty a WordPress.com site for you. That will remove all posts, pages, media files and comments. This process cannot be reversed later, so we’ll need you to specifically confirm that you understand this, and confirm the full URL of the site you need emptied.

  However, there is no way to reset a site to the default settings with which it was created.
