Initiated WordPress Update and now I cannot access Website or Dashboard
-
A company I work with acquired this domain and website some time ago. While checking out our older websites, I logged into the admin panel for this website and noticed that a number of updates were needed. I clicked update WordPress, and shortly after, every link I clicked or page I tried to navigate to attempts to download PHP files instead of navigating to those pages.
Has anyone encountered this and/or fixed it before? I can’t access the admin panel anymore as it just downloads a PHP file when I try to navigate to that webpage.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There seems to be an avalanche of problems with WP right now.
All our education course videos disappeared. after a lengthy ridiculous fight with the AI BOT tried an HTML workaround – that didn’t work wither.
Was told it was a theme problem with VideoPress and to try an alternative – which has now crashed the entire site and I can’t access anything on it even in recovery mode.
Not happy – is anyone out there?

oh and for some reason it sent the notices to an email account we deleted not the one we use for all our sites and now it says my user name and password don’t exist
