INKBLOT Custom Header Link – HELP!!
-
My Blog/webcomic: http://www.bombshelterzine.com/wordpress/
Help me, gang – you’re my only hope…
OK, I am using Inkblot for my webcomic (Ibelieve I am using the Inkblot Child 1.0.0 by Michael Sisk theme).
I am trying to edit the HEADER.php so that the custom header image that I have already (previously) uploaded to my website’s: THEMES/INKBLOT-CHILD/IMAGES folder instead links to my main website, warbirdsofmars.com
Currently, the HOME button goes to the WordPress/webcomic page that I specified, and the Custom Image I have does not link at all. Somewhere along the way I did manage to hide (or at least get rid of) the Text that was hovering over the banner/image.All of the advice I have read seems to pertain to the slightly different WORDPRESS THEME.
So basically, when I have tried to change THIS:
<div id=”page”>
<?php get_sidebar( ‘page-top’ ); ?>
<div id=”head”>
<div class=”group”>
<div class=”interior”>TO something like THIS:
<div id=”page”>
<div class=”headerimage” onclick=”location.href=’http://www.warbirdsofmars.com‘;”
style=”cursor: pointer;”></div><div id=”head”>
<div class=”group”>
<div class=”interior”>It has NOT worked.
Obviously I need some very specific changes within this Inkblot theme’s Header.php in order to do what it is that I wish.
Can anyone please provide me with the exact code that I need or at least the best place to find Inkblot specific Help?
Thank you in advance for your assistance..! -
