  Am I able to use it for my website hosted at wordpress.com?

  Hi there. I’m afraid not. The only themes we can use on WordPress.com are the ones listed here: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  You can always make the suggestion that the theme is added to WordPress.com. You do that in the Themes forum: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/themes
