Inner Blocks and Content Width

  I’m experimenting with content width. I selected the group that’s below template in the hierarchy (the group that holds groups for content). I turned on “Inner blocks use content width” and set the width of the group to 10%. Since the inner groups use inherit that content width (because the setting is switched on), shouldn’t that mean that the group within that group, that holds date, title, image, post content and so on, should also be 10%, and hence 1% of the width of the template? I saved the settings and viewed the live page, but the width settings don’t seem to make any difference to the width, even after refreshing the page after clearing the browser’s cache.
