Inove Theme Question

  With the Inove Theme is it possible to use plugins? I have been looking for the Plugins section in the Admin Panel and I can’t find it anywhere. I apologize if it is something really easy but I have been looking around for it now for some time.

  This is not a theme specific issue. There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM blogs blog and we cannot upload individual plugns into wordpress.COM blogs. See here > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
