inpage link leads to the text below the anchor

  I have bashed my way through the HTML to create anchors and links, but when I click my link I can only see the page below the anchor.

  This is my code
  Biography
  <h1>Biography</h1>

  What I see is the page from the line below the word ‘Biography’ onwards.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
