  If you are providing option to add HTML code block they why you are not allowing many features of HTML code in your WordPress site.

  Hi there,
  There are some restrictions in using HTML code block. One isn’t allowed to use below tags

  embed, frame, iframe, form, input, object, textarea, style, link
  These tags may be used with sites on our Business Plan with plugins installed.

  Including them please check whether your code contains any script.

  If you want to put a form in your site, you can use the Form Block, https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/
