Input WordPress document is not valid XML!!

  HI— Trying to transfer http://writeandgetpaid.wordpress.com to Blogger, when I download the XML file and attempt to convert it with the wordpress2blogger utility… I get this error message.

  It seems to be a fairly common problem, but I cannot figure out how to resolve the problem.

  Can anyone help me with the fix for this issue?
