    Hi,

    I am interested in your wordpress.com basic plan. I don’t need any of the other features offered by your other plans, except I would like to remove wordPress.com branding from the footer and that’s not available in the basic plan.

    Can I still purchase the basic plan and remove the wordpress.com footer branding together for example by paying only for that additional feature only with the basic plan? And, how much would the cost be in total?

    No. As https://wordpress.com/pricing/ shows you’d need a Business plan to do that. Plans are bundled with features and you can’t pick and choose individual features.
