    I have a few questions regarding your website.

    Which would I need to purchase if I want SEO, Sale items online. Customers to leave reviews/feedback on purchase they made on our site. Multiple payments options included Paypal and Amazon payment.

    Which would I need to purchase if I want SEO

    All sites on WordPress.com, even free sites, are already optimised for SEO. Our Business Plan includes some additional settings for SEO, and allows you to use SEO plugins, but that has no effect on whether or not search engines will actually index your site. That happens automatically, regardless of plan, as long as your site is set to public and has content published.

    Sale items online

    That depends on what you want to sell, how many transactions a day, and how much work you want to do manually.

    On a free site you can sell items using a contact form and a basic PayPal button.

    On the Premium Plan you have access to the Simple Payments button, which is much easier to use than the basic button.

    If you want a full online store, with a cart and a checkout page, you need to use a plugin like WooCommerce. That requires our Business or eCommerce plan.

    Customers to leave reviews/feedback on purchase they made on our site

    On the free plan you can use a regular contact form for people to submit reviews, and then publish them yourself using our Testimonials feature:

    Or on the Business or eCommerce plan you can use a plugin for people to submit reviews for specific products, which then show on that product’s page on your site. WooCommerce, for example, has an add-on for exactly this purpose.

    Multiple payments options included Paypal and Amazon payment.

    For that you’d need to use a payment gateway plugin for each payment processor you want to use, so that will require the Business or eCommerce plan.
