I just want to inquire regarding the ff:
If we purchase a business plan, does the domain included? how about the hosting? or the domain and hosting is sold separately like business plan + domain from yahoo + hosting?
Does WordPress owns the domain and hosting if we purchase it from the site?Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you!

With the Business Plan, yes a custom domain is included, as well as hosting (all WordPress.com) plans include hosting on WordPress.com.
For the Business Plan You :Get a free custom domain name (mywebsite.com) with this plan to use for your website.

https://wordpress.com/pricing/For the domain name, it is yours as long as you renew, and you have options if you want to transfer it later. Just be sure it doesn’t expire.

WordPress.com monitors potential harmful activity. As for login and stuff, that is up to you to create a good login, and make sure the right people have admin access.

Does WordPress have a monthly purchases of plan and not the billed annually? What if we want to try a month using it first?

WordPress.com does not offer monthly billing options. They do have a 30 day refund policy, if you are unhappy but keep in mind that if you get a domain registration, that must be completed within 48 hours of purchase:
For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

Also note that if you go with the upgraded plan, you will have access to email and live chat support. :)

Let me tag staff for confirmation for you, since this is a big step for you. That way you will have all of your questions answered and confirmed and be ready to test the waters.
How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question?

Yes that’s correct! We provide a 30 day refund period for paid plans and domains can be refunded as long as they are cancelled within 48 hours of registration. This guide contains more information about the refund process if you are interested:
