  If i open a word press website,can it be viewed by anyone who entered the web address?or is it only meant for the people i invite to view my word press web site?

  Everyone with internet access can view any public wordpress.com hosted site.

  Everyone with internet access can view any public wordpress.com hosted site. You could set your site as private https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ and then issue invitations only to those you wish to view it.
