You have posted in the support forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. We can only help in this forum with issues around using WordPress.com to make a personal or business website. I don’t know of any way to use WordPress to build a social media platform.
For advice on doing that I’d recommend searching online for developer forums instead. You could probably try Stackoverflow.com, though I’m not sure that’s the best place for this type of question either – they tend to focus on coding itself rather than general questions like yours, but it’s worth a try.
