  Hello I am Elsie on 22nd June I had bought a domain then cancelled it within the same of purchase and never got a refund as indicated on my bank statement please assist me

  We definitely processed your refund on 22 June. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
