Inquiry on Renewal of Premium Trial Period

  Just wanna ask, what if I signed up for the 2 week trial of the premium account and got a domain of my own. Afterwards, I wanted to cancel the trial and just avail the domain and basic membership. Will my domain get deleted when I cancel the trial?

  I think the staff said when the trial was first rolled out that you would be able to keep the domain name (you would need to pay for the registration) then add domain mapping since a domain name is not much use without the mapping.

  They did not however explain exactly how the mechanics would work or if they were going to put some “keep the custom domain name” button

  Hi Jekk,

  After looking into your account, I found that the transaction did not go through for the Premium upgrade. If you would like to just purchase the domain, go to Store in your Dashboard and register the domain. Here’s a support guide for more information:
