    I no long need or want to subscribe to this service. I no longer need the website or the name. I have tried numerous times to find the necessary tab to click to cancel this website. Please unsubscribe me from the website and refund my money!

    What site are you trying to cancel?

    You don’t currently own any site on a paid upgrade with us, and the last time you paid us for anything was in 2016. We don’t even have a valid credit card on file for you any more. See https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    I do see a self-hosted WordPress site connected to this account via the free Jetpack plugin, but that site no longer appears to be online. If you’re referring to that site, you need to contact the hosting provider where you have the site hosted for help with this.

    You can close your WordPress.com account from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account, but that will not cancel any billing agreements you have with other providers. That will only disable your WordPress.com username, and delete the two free sites you have under this account.
