inseer media not working

  I can no longer upload media (images) into a blog post.
  When I get into the “insert media” page, the “upload files tab is not there to click on.
  Also all the other editing buttons at the top of the edit page have disappeared. They only show when I hover.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Are you still having issues with not being able to see the Upload Files tab in the Insert Media page? I ask because I just checked out your account and I was able to not only see that tab, but also all of the icons in the edit window which you mentioned.

  Let me know if you’re still having troubles, and I’ll take a further look!

  Oh, sorry, I forgot to mention, if you’ve not already tried, could you please try a different browser from the one you’ve been using? It could be related to a browser issue and it would be good to see if that is the problem!

  So glad to hear it! If it was Internet Explorer that you were using before, it might have been that it was set to what’s called “compatibility mode” which actually does the opposite. Makes it far less compatible. You can turn it off and it might work better for you if you would prefer to keep using that! :)
