Insert a link to my post into another blog’s comment section

  I cannot figure out how to insert a link to one of my posts into my comment on another blog.

  Example: I want to comment on so-and-so’s blog, saying that I’ve written a relevant post on my blog, please see “Relevant Post” on my blog. How do I do that so that so-and-so can click the link to the relevant post, and go to there directly?
